I called the contractor and quit the Contract from Hell. Of course, though the contract I signed says that I can quit without any notice or reason, they’re trying to get me to stick around for 2 weeks notice. I called bullshit, as I’ve been miserable for the two weeks I was there, and I’m not putting myself through it anymore. They really don’t have anything for me to do anyway, so it shouldn’t be an issue for me to up and quit.

Do you know what kind of weight has been lifted off my shoulders since I made the call? Of course, now I have to worry about getting the money in, but damn, I’m just relieved that I’ll not have to step foot in that place again
